    "content": "In this Assembly, we allow our committees like the PAC and the PIC chairs to be from the other side of the House. This is missing in counties and it is a major problem. You get the head of PAC and PIC coming from the same party. Checks are completely compromised and that is why governors are getting a field day in terms of how things are happening at the counties."
