    "content": "The reason why we say in Articles 91 and 92 of the Constitution that we want our parties to have a national character is that we also know that our country has very many interests. It has disabled people, women and marginalised groups. That is why we say that parties must, as of law, mainstream this interest in their structures. This Bill talks about how we are going to ensure that the various interests are mainstreamed in these political parties."
