    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As you know, this Bill was passed by the National Assembly and thereafter, you submitted it to the Senate. The Senate made amendments. Thereafter, you appointed a Meditation Committee in which I am a member together with Hon. Timothy Bosire and Hon. Maanzo, as Members from the National Assembly. We met today to consider the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill No.2 (National Assembly Bill No. of 2013).
