    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support this amendment especially the addition of protection of indigenous knowledge and intellectual property rights. This is important because in the past, people entrusted with responsibilities have used the opportunity to exploit our resources as individuals at the expense of the common good because of lack of legislation. In my opinion, this addition is good."
