    "content": "I support the Chairperson and the Committee on 10 years’ experience for the chairmanship because a chairman of a parastatal should be somebody who can guide it, but not an employee. If we are looking for a Managing Director, we can get a graduate with five years’ experience. The chairman of this corporation should be somebody who has more years of experience. If the requirement for the Managing Director is 10 years’ experience, we should reduce it to five years and retain the experience of the chairman of the parastatal at 10 years, so that they can guide the parastatal to make it better."
