    "content": "Secondly, the reason why this new function of the board will be important is that students are not joining this college anymore. Very few students are joining the college because we have not made it responsive to contemporary issues around forestry. We need to train students on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as well as on forestry and climate change. New relevant courses should be introduced at the college. This will ensure that we train people to conserve and create forests in a manner that resonates with the current environmental trends."
