    "content": "Thank you, Hon Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 25 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (3) by deleting the words “Public Audit Act, 2003” and substituting therefor the words “law relating to public audit.” The justification is that it makes this law relevant even if the Public Audit Act, 2003 is repealed."
