Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 30 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by inserting the words “through a Gazette Notice” immediately after the word “declare”. We want to provide clarification on the instrument that the Cabinet Secretary will use to declare land as forests. That is why we are adding that it should be through a Gazette Notice."
