    "content": "Secondly, during times of animosity, people run into forests to stay there. We have more than 5,000 families in Samburu Forest. The Government appointed the Community Forest Association (CFA), which is struggling to remove people from the forests. However, they are not doing it in a good way. The process has always flopped because they have not involved the people who know that forest better than the Government. They bring officers from communities that are not part of that forest.
