    "content": "Thank you. I support the proposed amendment by Hon. Lentoimaga. This proposal is providing for a mechanism of conservation of involving the community and making it clear that the relevant forest agency can enter into an agreement and set terms and conditions to be met by the community. This is the most effective way of involving communities in conservation and we are only giving it legal recognition and we are not saying the terms. So, the relevant agency will set out the clear terms the community has to meet. We are only making the community part and parcel of conservation."
