    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support the Committee and the Chair on this one. As the Chair has said Hon. Lentoimaga can pick on this one because it is somehow trying to mitigate his fears and what he wanted. This is because there will be some agreement which will guide the local community or the people who need to benefit from the forest, or the community bordering the forests who are the users. They will have limitations on how far they can interfere with that ecosystem. This will ensure that they do not get a free card to do anything they want. If there is anything which could be added after (k) maybe that can be brought in and Hon. Lentoimaga will be comfortable."
