    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support the amendment although I had reservations because it does not define the role of the CS, National Treasury. Subject to Parliament passing it, we may be giving a blank cheque to the CS who will just propose and tomorrow it is implemented. I want us to reconsider and not give the CS, National Treasury a blank cheque."
