Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 56 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (3) by deleting the words “provisions of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2005” and substituting therefor the words “public procurement and asset disposal laws”. This is a clean-up exercise so that the law remains relevant even if the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2005 is repealed."
