Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 70 of the Bill be amended in Sub clause (2) by deleting the words “national forests, county forests” appearing in Paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the words “public forests”. This is to conform to the land tenure classification in the Constitution."
