"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to say that there were demands here. I told this House the circumstances under which Mr. Mbuvi was actually being followed by the police. It was proper for me to include him in the statement that I gave here. I said that Mr. Mbuvi, among other things, was being followed on matters related to drug trafficking. I also want to state here that Mr. Kabogo himself offered to be investigated. To the extent that we received that dossier, we then went on to carry out the necessary investigations. The key thing here is that I was required to produce the names of those Members of this House--- As for the dossier by the USA ambassador, let me clarify that there is no wife of the President who has been named in the connection with drug trafficking."
