    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to oppose this amendment. In his amendment, Hon. Chepkong’a is seeking to introduce some laws when the matter is already clear. Once land has been degazetted it is degazetted. Once land is degazetted, it becomes public land for public use like construction of a school or any public amenity. What else do you want to know that you want to put it in the law?"
