Temporary Deputy Chairlady I beg to move:- THAT, the Third Schedule of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting the title “GAZETTED NATIONAL FOREST RESERVES” and substituting therefor the word “GAZETTED PUBLIC FORESTS”; and (b) deleting the expression “(s.30)” and substituting therefor the expression “(s.76(a))”; It is dealing with the right classification that there are no national and county forests but public forests. The second bit is deleting the expression “s.30” because this Schedule is referring to “s.76”."
