Temporary Deputy Chairman, the justification for that amendment in part (b) is to give power to the Board and to ensure that there is consultation with the Cabinet Secretary. For part (c), the justification is to ensure that any fees, allowances and remunerations should be paid to the staff as per the Salaries and Remunerations Commission (SRC) for it to be constitutional."
