    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be amended— (a) by inserting the following new sub clauses immediately after sub clause (2) — “(3) The Board shall meet at least four times and not more than twelve times in every financial year. (4) The chairperson may at any time convene a special meeting of the Board and shall upon a written request signed by at least four members, convene a special meeting within fifteen days of such a request."
