    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I would like to agree with the Committee on the deletion of Clause 7(c). There is an error that the Committee is trying to delete. If you see Clause 7(c) on the initial Bill, it says that the Registrar who shall be registered manager, shall be the Secretary to the Board. The Committee has introduced the same provisions under Clause 7(2) which is a new provision. What they are doing there is just tidying the Bill and I agree with the Chair. I thank you."
