    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, in so far as these amendments bring clarity to this clause, I wish to support. Some of it may appear repetitive but they bring the necessary clarity to this clause. The marginal note of Clause 9 is about the Chairman of the Board. I support this amendment as proposed."
