    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support this amendment. It is very good that we come up with a Bill which does not create conflicts within institutions at the end of the day. The other day we had conflicts between the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) and the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service. This will give clarity. We must ensure that these provisions do not conflict with other existing legal frameworks."
