Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by — (a) deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraphs — “(c) a representative of the Attorney-General.” (b) by deleting (d) and substituting the following paragraph after paragraph — “(d) a representative appointed by the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries.” (c) By inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (e) — “(f) the Registrar who shall be an ex-officio member of the Committee.” The justification is that one representative of the Attorney-General is sufficient."
