    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting Sub clause (1). (b) in Sub clause (2) by— (i) inserting the word “granted” immediately after the word “been” (ii) deleting the words “may either on its own motion or” appearing in Sub clause (2). Regarding part (a), the purpose is to ensure that there is no conflict with provisions in Clause 32(2) and for part (b) we are correcting a syntax error where we are making an insertion and a deletion."
