Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 33 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (i) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(i) is convicted of a crime under any other law.” Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the justification for this is to ensure that we look at other laws and not only focusing on corruption-related convictions."
