    "content": "I would like to agree with the Committee Report. I appreciate that there have been a couple of things. I would like to thank the Departmental Committee on Health for the support it has given. I would like to specifically pay a lot of tribute to the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health who has been magnanimous. She has been very supportive. There were a couple of things that we agreed with her. I thank the Committee for its support. Lastly, the House Business Committee (HBC) has done very well in terms of supporting us to get to this level. I thank and pay tribute to everybody else who has been of assistance. I appreciate."
