    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would like to support this Motion as amended. This Motion seeks to enable people living with disabilities to access the many places that they cannot access. It is a shame that, up to now, we have not become sensitive enough to make the necessary adjustments to buildings, public places and the transport system to enable people living with disabilities to access them. It is a shame that some storey buildings rendering public services do not have lifts and ramps. Some buildings render services from very high places, like the first, second and third floors. That is not acceptable."
