    "content": "I would like to thank Hon. Chris Wamwalwa for giving me one minute to contribute to this Motion. Devolving registration of persons is very possible because I remember I got my ID card from school. In areas that are really marginalized such as Lungalunga - the area that I represent - it has become a nightmare for youths to acquire identity cards (IDs). It is important because the strength of Members of Parliament or other representatives comes from registration of persons. After registration, it is about voter’s cards. I support the Motion."
