    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Motion because it is long overdue. Since we now have county governments, this should be done at the county level. I will go as far as to suggest that when children complete high school, the ID card should be part of the certificates that they collect from schools to identify themselves. We should have our passports processed at the counties."
