Senators have the discretion to leave the House prematurely before we vote? In fact, we should impress upon Members so that the vote can as well come at 6.25 p.m. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise on this point of order because if that kind of communication comes from the Chair, one day all of us might walk out of this House and the Chair remains alone."
