    "content": "(Prof. Saitoti): I think, Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is, and I tabled here a report from the Commissioner of Police. He talked of the fact that he is now liaising with other organs. In other words, as far as the police are concerned, this is their interim report. But I believe that the name âinterimâ comes about because whatever they have requires to be collaborated by the other organs. That is why he has stated that he has written to the KACC and the KRA and at this particular time, we would wish to seek the indulgence of this House. I do not want to give an undertaking of a timeline only to come here tomorrow and find that I have failed to give that report. I would like to seek the indulgence of this House to give me up to Tuesday next week so that I can talk to the Commissioner of Police and the other organs to be able to know when a comprehensive report can be brought here."
