Countries like Israel are able to feed the entire country and even export foodstuffs, yet they are in a very dry area. Even a country like Egypt, despite the fact that it got into this awkward political situation, it is benefitting from water which comes from here. As much we talk about the money that must be made available, we must also look ahead.
