We can also produce all kinds of livestock that are produced in the world. If you look at a place like western Kenya with small holdings, if there were adequate incentives and encouragement, we could do a lot of dairy farming and be able to produce milk and everything that is required in this country. We can do long range farming in the dry areas, but we need to have those areas taken care of in terms of water."
