"content": "On a point of information, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I would like to inform the esteemed Sen. Elachi that I largely agree with her on the issue of confusion. However, one of the things that the Bill seeks to do is to amend the Agriculture, Food and Fisheries Authorities Act so that it no longer refers to fisheries, but there is a separate entity that deals with fisheries. Even though I have provided that information, I agree with her that in the context where we are trying to reduce the number of parastatals and institutions in this nation, it might not make a lot of sense to divorce the two."
