    "content": "In the Statement, I wish the Minister to explain how 5,000 youths were recruited and yet from the districts only slightly over 4,000 were recruited. Where did the other 1,000 come from and how were they exempted from the conditions that others who were recruited in the field had to face? In the Statement, the Minister should also inform the House as to what has happened to the officers who were said to have given out fake joining letters to candidates who wanted to join the NYS at a fee. Who were these officers and what action has been taken?"
