    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. This issue of de-whipping members from Committees needs a very sober decision. This is because Members of Parliament in a democratic space must be free to give their wisdom and whatever they feel is right. It is very bad for them to be checked to the extent that they have to look back before saying what they want to say. We are going towards elections. Members must be left free to exercise their democratic rights."
