Mwashetani. He raises a very substantive matter that perhaps listening to you, it is not possible for one to think that they can get assistance because you want to play politics instead of addressing the issue. It is not even a matter that should actually be exercising so many of us. Let us only address Standing Order No.19 and what he raises as the contradiction because there appears to be, according to him, a contradiction relative to what is provided for in Standing Order No.176. That is the point I needed to be addressed. Hon. Kamau."
