    "content": "Finally, I want to say it from a family point of view that, if there is a woman behind you and you have a blessed mother like mine and see the role women play in our constituencies and counties, women are the best leaders. We can prove this by passing this Bill. I want to confirm that the Jubilee Coalition under the leadership of our party leader, President Uhuru Kenyatta, his Deputy, all our county assemblies and supporters will support this Bill to the last minute."
