I am, of course, rising to second this Bill as the Member of Parliament for Ainabkoi Constituency and, more importantly, as the Chair of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. As you know, we have tabled a Report on this matter in which the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs discussed, deliberated and resolved unanimously - without any dissension - to support this Bill. The Report that has been tabled here completely supports the position that the Leader of the Majority Party has taken in respect of this Bill."
