    "content": "The men of the 11th Parliament have supported every Bill that has come to the Floor of the House that relates to gender matters and matters that strengthen women, people with disabilities and minorities in this country. I am sure that this Bill will be no exception. As they usually support other pieces of legislation, they will support this Bill as well. I would like to thank my male and female colleagues. Let us support this Bill and bring up the women of Kenya. Let us stand up for the women who wake up very early to vote for all of us. It is the women who are committed. It is said that if a woman promises you, she will give you!"
