    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this particular Bill. I am a member of the Parliamentary Caucus on Human Rights. One of the things that has agonised us for a long time is how to give effect to Article 27(8) of the Constitution. We have promised the Hon. Ladies in this particular Parliament who are in KEWOPA that each time there will be a Bill that would give effect to Article 27(8) of the Constitution, we shall stand with them and we shall advocate that all Members of Parliament support them."
