    "content": "Thank you. Hon. Deputy Speaker. I support this amendment. I would like to thank all the speakers who have spoken before me. I congratulate the Hon. Leader for the Majority Party, the Chair of my Committee, Hon. Chepkong’a, and each and every Member who have spoken today. So far, we have not received any opposition and I believe that none is forthcoming. We are aware that we passed a Constitution that 65 per cent of Kenyans said it was good. In this Constitution, we said that we want the two-thirds issue to be raised and applied in the elective or appointive positions.
