    "content": "House, save for Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo, have been very good and have supported the Bill. We want to encourage Hon. Jakoyo to come on board because every other speaker led by the Chairman of ODM, Hon. Mbadi, has given very firm support that the CORD Coalition is supporting the Bill. I want to remind Hon. Jakoyo that the manifesto that CORD sold during the elections supported 50 per cent women inclusion in the Government should they form the Government. I believe even this time round they will be moving around with a similar manifesto."
