Realizing that it comes at a time when the country has been facing serious food security challenges, I want to thank him together with the Committee that went round the country and brought a Report to this House on the rising cost of living. I also want to thank the Seconder of this Motion, hon. ole Lankas, who also comes from a farming community and understands best the issues that affect this area."
