    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to raise a question with the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communication and Information, Hon. Jamleck Kamau; on the question of access to Information Bill, which is pending for introduction of amendments. The Committee is supposed to process the amendments by the Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology. It will be good if they can finish the amendments by the Ministry so that that the Bill can be dispensed with, noting that it is a constitutional Bill. I did not hear him mention it in his Report. I am a bit concerned about that."
