    "content": "This is a very important Bill. We brought it because it will go to the Senate. I am sure the Budget and Appropriations Committee knows the controversy between the two Houses on the Division of Revenue Bill. We have missed the deadline as provided for in the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, 2012. Therefore, I urge this House to fast-track the approval of this Bill, in order to allow for adequate time for the finalization of the budget estimates for the national and county governments."
