    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support the Division of Revenue Bill. In doing so, I would like to make a few observations. This is the time when we all get a chance to look at how the hard earned money from the Kenyan taxpayer and other such sweaty sources is put together and how it is proposed to be shared out. It is a moment we should be generally upbeat about what will go out there and spur economic growth both at the national and county levels for this Republic. It is a time when we have a chance to reflect on how well we have done in the past year."
