    "content": "With those few remarks, I wish to say that it is our responsibility as Members of the National Assembly and MCAs to oversee the money that is budgeted in both levels of Government. We should not be so sycophantic to the Government that we do not see how both the national Government and county governments are wasting taxpayers’ money. I support the Bill."
