    "content": "However, I am aware of isolated cases of stock theft within Olkuto Division of Narok District, which have been dealt with. (b) The following animals have been reported stolen since 2003. However, no human life was reported lost. It is a long list so I wish to table it. (c) The following measures have been put in place to curb cases of cattle rustling and ensure animals are recovered and culprits punished:- (i) Movement of livestock between 6.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. has been banned. (ii) Movement of livestock from one place to another without movement permits is not allowed. (iii) Sale of livestock is transacted with issuance of receipts with details of buyer and seller indicated. (iv) Arrest of suspects and their prosecution have been stepped up deterring others who may be tempted. (iv) We also encourage establishment of peace committees through the Provincial Administration, which have been formed to ensure peaceful co-existence and to help in the identification of suspects."
