    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am rather disappointed by the answer given by the Assistant Minister. In Kuresoi, every November, we have invasion by Maasai morans. Last November, a Senior Sergeant working with the Kenya Navy lost seven head of cattle. The previous year, two other persons lost 26 herds of cattle. Two people were killed during the pursuit of the stolen livestock. I am shocked he has not given proper account of what has really happened and what he intends to do to curb this menace."
